Due to the postponement of our tandemrally 2020 with regard to the corona situation, not all participants could take part as planned. Therefore we decided to host the tandemrally 2021 again in Bad Boll. Thus the tandem riders who were prevented last time also get the chance to do their tandem laps through the Swabian Alb.

Bad Boll is integrated into a beautiful landscape, characterized by hilly apple groves under the steep valley flanks on the edge of the Geopark Swabian Alb. It is close to the Hohenstaufen town of Göppingen and about 45 km from the state capital of Stuttgart.

Old railway lines and cycle paths along the valleys, in the foothills and around the three Kaiserberge Hohenstaufen, Rechberg and Stuifen can be explored with the tandem. Climbing the heights of the Swabian Alb is rewarded with unique views and winding descents. Our local tandem friends, Ute and Frank, planed different tours for every sporty level.

We hope that the Corana situation will make the tandemrally possible on Pentecost 2021. We will announce date modifications and further updates in time.

Accommodation

We are accommodated in the hotel "Seminaris" on the outskirts of Bad Boll, in the immediate vicinity of the spa area in the countryside. There is enough space for campers on the hotel meadow (with access for cars and mobile homes).

After registration a deposit of 100,- Euro per tandem team is to be paid.

A confirmation of registration will be sent after receipt of payment or after receipt of the registration with direct debit foreign easiest CC.

A Santana Tandem is not required!

How to get there

By car:

Over the freeway A8, exit Aichelberg after 3.5 km country road you already reach the Seminaris Hotel in Bad Boll.

By train:

By local train, Intercity Express(ICE) or IC/EC to Göppingen. From there either in 20 min. by bus with line 20 to the stop Ev. Akademie/Reha-Klinik or with the tandem over the signposted cycle track (approx. 11 km) to the Hotel Seminaris to Bad Boll.
